This is a perfect dessert to compliment your table at Christmas, New Years, even Thanksgiving.  This is a light dessert, a chocolate sponge cake, layered with fortified whipped cream, and covered in chocolate ganache.  Garnished with sugared cranberries and sugared rosemary.  
 
The price of this cake is because packaging to ship is so ungodly expensive, and each cake takes a minimum of six hours to make.
